Here’s how to request and manage services on RealtyBlocks.

What Services Can You Request?

You can request:

• Property valuation from certified valuers

• Legal help (title verification, documentation)

• Tax advice or financial consultation

• Interior design, repair, renovation, or inspection

• Material supply (like building or electrical materials)

• Vastu or smart home setup

• And much more — over 30+ service types

Services are available for both listed properties and unlisted requirements. Just submit the details.

How to Request a Service

Step 1: Go to the Property Details Page

• Visit www.realtyblocks.com

• From My Listings or Property Dashboard, select a property

• Click the Request Services tab

Step 2: Choose a Service Type

• You'll be taken to ServiceMate™

• Choose Request Type: Service or Material

• Select the category (e.g. Accounting, Legal, Cleaning, Building Materials)

• Add your message, preferred time, and upload photos or documents

Step 3: Submit Request

• Click Submit

• Your request will be sent to verified vendors based on your property location and service category

What Happens Next?

• Vendors will review your request and send quotes (timeline, cost, experience)

• You’ll receive updates via:

  • Email

  • WhatsApp (via BlocChat™)

  • Your Property Dashboard

• Compare quotes and accept the one you like

• Pay vendors directly after service completion — no platform commission

All your service requests are auto-tracked and visible under:

• ServiceMate > All Services / On-Demand Services tabs

• My Listings > Dashboard (linked to property)

• My Profile > My Requirements (if submitted without property)

Tip: Use Verified Vendors Only

• Tick ClearPass Verified to filter for background-checked vendors

• Select Nearby Providers Only to get faster response and lower costs
