🏠 How to Create and Post a Property Listing

Listing your property on RealtyBlocks is simple, guided, and completely digital. Whether you're selling or renting, the listing process is powered by smart forms, auto-drafted invoices, and AI insights — so you get discovered faster and close deals smarter.

Here’s everything you need to know about creating and publishing a property listing.

Start Your Listing

Go to www.realtyblocks.com
Click the Sell tab and choose Start Listing Now
You’ll be guided through a 2-step form to enter your property and pricing details
Choose whether you’re listing as:

• Owner

• Agent

• Builder

• Manager

Add your basic contact info:

• First Name and Last Name

• Email and Phone Number

• User Name (automatically pulled from your profile)

Fill in Property Details

Property Details (Step 1)

• Listing Type: Sale or Rent

• Property Ownership

• Land Ownership

• Property Type & Sub-Type

• RERA Approval (Yes/No)

• Super Built-up Area (Sq. Ft)

• Carpet Area (Sq. Ft)

• Road Width Facing Property

• Floors Allowed for Construction

Pricing Section

• Expected Price / Rent per Month

• Token/Booking Amount

• Price per Sq. Ft

• Price Negotiable toggle

• Add Available Offers or mark as “Auction” if applicable

• Upload Primary Image (Required)

What Happens After Submission

Once you complete the listing form:

• A Property Record is created in your CRM and Creator dashboard

• The listing appears in My Listings with status Draft

• An auto-generated Subscription Invoice is sent to:

  • Your WhatsApp

  • Your registered mobile (via SMS)

  • Your email

• You must pay ₹499/month to activate the listing

• Once payment is made, your listing status changes to Active and becomes visible on the platform

Manage Listing Status & Renewals

You can manage your listing from My Listings:

• Edit listing details (image, pricing, availability)

• Change status: Draft, Publish, Unpublish

• Turn off auto-renewal from My Subscriptions if you don’t want to continue next month

• If payment is not made within 7 days, the system automatically moves the listing back to Draft and stops visibility

Tips for Better Visibility

Upload clear property images and add a descriptive title
Mark RERA approval and carpet area accurately for buyer trust
Enable negotiation or auction mode if you’re flexible on price
Add offers like “Free Registration” or “Ready-to-Move” to attract attention
Use the Feature Listing option (coming soon) to push your property to the top
