RealtyBlocks helps you turn your expertise into earnings by connecting you with serious buyers, sellers, and property owners. Here’s how to start monetizing your services — with zero commissions and full control.

Getting Started

Go to www.realtyblocks.com
Sign up or log in with your mobile, email, or Google account
Click on Partners in the top menu and choose your service type (e.g. legal, inspection, cleaning)
Click List Your Service and fill out your business details

Once submitted, your listing goes live after payment — or stays in draft mode if you need to come back later

Activate Your Listing with a Subscription

Each service listing requires a monthly subscription (₹499/month per listing)
The first listing may be free during promotional periods
After submitting your listing, you’ll receive an invoice via:
- WhatsApp
- Email
- Your Subscriptions section in My Profile

Once you pay, your service is activated and visible across RealtyBlocks

Get Verified & Start Earning

Your listing becomes searchable to buyers, sellers, and landlords
Interested users can submit job requests directly from their property page
You receive offers (leads) in My Offers, where you can chat, share quotes, and convert leads into clients

How You Earn

Keep 100% of what you charge — RealtyBlocks doesn’t take commission from your service fee
Charge clients directly using UPI, invoice, or your preferred payment method
Use the built-in InvoiceX™ tool to send auto-generated, GST-compliant invoices
You can also collect payments after service using a barcode or payment link
